This website is kept as up to date as possible however we reserve the right to change colors, prices or specifications of products at any time. All material on this website is property of Big Air Imports NZ Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
Shipping
Items in stock will be despatched within 2 business days after payment has been received. If items are not in stock you will be notified within 48 hours and an expected delivery time given. Deliveries within New Zealand will be sent via courier or parcel post. Free shipping applies to boards and kites over the value of $500 unless otherwise stated. Free shipping is within New Zealand only. Does not apply to international orders.
Returns
You can return any faulty or damaged goods within two weeks of receipt and we will replace them subject to the following conditions:
Should you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@bigairnz.com with your order reference number and a description of the problem in as much detail as possible. We will let you know the process for returning items. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. If a replacement cannot be made we will refund the cost of the goods in full.

Cancelling Orders
You may cancel your order prior to it being despatched by emailing us at info@bigairnz.com stating your order reference number and reason for cancellation. A full refund will be supplied. This does not apply to special orders or bulk orders over 3 units.
